Our Goal Is Work Readiness

Our Community Based Pre-Vocational program prepares individuals for paid employment or unpaid meaningful community activities, including volunteering, in integrated community settings. In order to deliver the best job readiness training, we assess the individuals in order to develop potential community and employment experiences in an integrated setting appropriate to the needs of each person.

We work with each individual on their abilities to get them ready for the world of work and all its nuances and challenges. We focus on “soft skills” training, which are skills that can be utilized in many different settings. Working in a variety of employment and/or volunteer locations in the community allows the individual to explore the many different types of jobs and find what they are interested in. We assist individuals and families on benefits management pertaining to their employment.
